Aquis has appointed a new chief executive officer to lead the overhaul of Casino Canberra into a Las-Vegas-style entertainment precinct. The company, which also behind the ACT Brumbies' biggest sponsorship deal in club history, has appointed Geoff Andres as Aquis Entertainment chief executive officer. Mr Andres will move to the nation's capital to oversee the expansion of the groups' Australian operations, the new casino. Aquis managing director Justin Fung said Mr Andes's leadership would help the group deliver on its vision for a genuine entertainment precinct in the city's east.
